Released in 2010, Navigator Web is built using HTML5/Javascript technology, providing a rich user experience. Navigator® Web brings together the power of CTI Navigator and the Internet to provide you, your agents and your clients with the fastest, easiest and most user-friendly real estate searching tool on the market.
CTI Navigator Web is compatible with all major web browsers, allowing it to run on both PCs and Mac computers.
Since Navigator Web is browser based, it can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week from any computer that has an internet connection, allowing you to be productive
where ever you are.
Key Features
Searching is extremely flexible, powerful and customizable. Use preset searches such as
form type or listing number or set up a Custom Search with the criteria you choose.
Save and name your searches for easy access at a later point. You can search for sale
properties as well as rental properties. Print or e-mail your searches directly from the
search results table.
The Navigator dashboard or homepage provides access to all the MLS functions as well as
shortcuts to the most commonly used functions. The dashboard allows you to see the most
up-to-date information from today’s “Hot Sheet” and you can also search for listings and
clients from the dashboard.
Management Features allow you to easily view or print an inventory report showing
the listings for you and/or your office. Produce expiration reports, rank agents and
offices, or look at a listing’s history. This feature helps you manage your listings
and measure productivity with ease.
The client portal allows you to setup access for your clients to search property listings
themselves. Your customers can create saved searches.
Navigator Web not only allows you to attach the most recent property appraisal
information, but it also allows you to link the appraisal from the appraisal office to
each property for easy access and viewing.
Multitasking allows you to run multiple searches simultaneously, allowing you to get more
done in a shorter amount of time. You can minimize one or more searches and return to them
at a later point without having to start over.
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) presentations are easily created using a library of
standard and custom reports that can be automatically populated from MLS data. Appraisal
style price adjustments are automatically calculated based on features and values you
specify. CMA’s are customizable, agent personalized, graphical and re-usable.
Navigator Web allows full mapping with radius search. You can search by results within a
given area that meet the criteria you choose. It’s as easy as drawing a circle on a map.
IDX Web Links are fully supported. Members can select a customizable
smart frame link for their web site that includes a real-time search function. Brokers
can link their web site(s) to all data approved by the MLS for reciprocal export.
